Delicate velour (velvet) effect on the nails. It is suitable for various design techniques that require matte elements. Can be used with all gel systems. The product does not become yellow on light shades. Wear resistant: keeps true matte Velour effect throughout the entire period of wear of the coating. It is a soak-off system.  This product does not have a sticky layer.
